The holidays are a challenging time for kids in foster care, and teens are often overlooked in gift-giving drives. Project 48’s Holiday Giving Tree program allows you to adopt a bag for Oregon teens in foster care and provide them with gifts and essential items that make them feel supported.
How Does the Holiday Giving Tree Work?
There are three options to support Oregon’s underprivileged foster youth over the holidays through Project48’s Giving Tree:
Option 1. Adopt Bag for a Local Teen
Shop for a specific foster youth by choosing a tag from our giving tree page and fulfill the wish-list for a local teen of your choice. This is a great way to support an underprivileged teen and bring them joy during the holiday season.
Option 2. Shop for Foster Kids using Target Gift Registry
Shop online for gifts and essential items using the link below! Items from the registry will be used to fill holiday bags for teens in Oregon’s foster care system.
Option 3. Donate to Fill Holiday Bags
Donations are a great way to support kids in foster care and we’ll do the shopping for you! Click on the Holiday Donation link to help us bring cheer to as many local foster youth as possible. All donations are tax deductible and go directly to supporting teens through the Holiday Giving Tree.
Thank you for supporting teens in foster care with Christmas gifts and essential items that make them feel loved and supported during the holidays!
