Program Details

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, youth must:

Have an open Child Welfare Case
Be between the ages of 7 - 21
Live in Multnomah, Clackamas, or Washington County
Be experiencing a foster care transition:
Transitioning into foster care
Transitioning into a new placement
Transitioning out of foster care - Aging out or Reunification

and

Show a demonstrable need for immediate access to clothing

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

After confirming your order eligibility by reading the details on this page, please use the password-protected DHS Order Form linked below to place your order.

If you don’t have the password yet, but are a confirmed Project 48 partner, please provide your information with your password request to info@project48.co.

WHO CAN PLACE AN ORDER?

Caseworkers, CPS workers, Placement desk, Certifiers, DHS employees, and select community partners.

Please note, that we do not accept orders from foster parents.

HOW DO I GET THE ORDER?

We offer pick-up and delivery

All pick-ups and deliveries will be available within 48 business hours.
